Our Refund Policy

Terms for Refunds and Cancellations
Dominguez Catering and Services recognizes that circumstances evolve. We strive to provide transparent and straightforward guidelines regarding our booking and payment procedures.

-Booking Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is mandatory to lock in your specific event date. Please note that your reservation is only officially confirmed once this payment is processed.
Balance Completion: The remaining 50% of your total must be settled no later than 48 hours prior to your event start time.

-Cancellation Terms: All 50% deposits are strictly non-refundable. Should an event be canceled after the full balance is paid, a refund of the final 50% may be issued if notice is given at least 7 days in advance, contingent upon no prior overhead costs being incurred. Cancellations within the 7-day window are ineligible for refunds of the remaining balance due to commitments involving food procurement, labor, and logistics.

-Rescheduling: Adjusting your event date depends entirely on our current calendar. We may permit moving your deposit to a later date provided we receive adequate notice.
