TERMS & CONDITIONS
Dominguez Catering and Services LLC

 

Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all catering bookings. No date is reserved until the deposit is received.

 

Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

 

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.

 

Guest Count & Changes
Final guest count must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event. Any changes after this time may not be accommodated.

 

Delivery & Setup
Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including address, time, and access to the location. Additional fees may apply for long distances, stairs, or special setup requirements.

 

Food Safety
Dominguez Catering and Services LLC is not responsible for food once it has been delivered or served. Clients are responsible for proper storage and handling after delivery.

 

Liability
We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses occurring at the event location.

Agreement

 

By placing an order or booking services, the client agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
